RoboWAAM features the highest payload, largest build volume and the most on-board sensors of all the wire-DED systems out there.
RoboWAAM can be easily reconfigured to accommodate wide-area parts with tooling of various sizes, or rotational components.
It works seamlessly with the programmes generated by WAAMPlanner. It is managed by WAAMCtrl, the operating system overseeing the whole of the build process, providing process monitoring and governance over the many health and safety capabilities, as well as fully auditable process trail.
With our optional local shield variant you can ensure quality without the need for a global enclosure purge.
Much more than just a torch: our bespoke end-effectors have aerospace robustness and a compact footprint.
Our end-effectors connect to WAAMCtrl to let you know what is happening throughout the build process.
